Out of Control of Sexual Behavior

Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB) is the preferred model for treating sexually compulsive behavior in part because it requires sexual health training of the clinician - other models do not. The other unique aspect, in addition to the traditional model of unpacking triggers and underlying issues, it also helps the client construct a sexual health model for moving forward in their lives. This model was developed from research by Michael Vigoritto and Doug Braun-Harvey and is spelled out in their bestselling book Treating Out of Control Sexual Behavior.
